		This magnificent big bear appears on the December page of the 2000 Teddy Bear and Friends Calendar. Using 1 full yard of mohair, he is a hungry bear...eating at least five pounds of stuffing! The bear is the photo is made from 750k mohair. Difficulty:

	Barnabas & Bessie-wobble jointed 10" mohair bears
		Barnabas & Bessie are both made with a 3/8" sparse country mohair and a very short upholstery mohair or felt for the shoes. These bears are double cotter pin jointed to give them added mobility and appeal. The skirt, bow tie and hat can be made from fabric scraps you love or from plain cotton painted with fabric paints, your choice! Candy has recently created a panda adaptation which is now included with the Barnabas pattern. Difficulty:
